1) Cashback Rate is for New Customers ONLY. Returning customers are Up to 6% only.
2) All payment methods, including COD are permitted.
3) Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. We can't accommodate exchange requests for different product. Instead, you can return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for a different item.
4) Returns can be made through our Online Returns Form. All items should be returned within 30 days, with the original invoice and its in original packaging.
6) If you are asked for details of a payment card, you must be fully entitled to use that card or account. The card or account must have sufficient funds to cover the proposed payment to us.
7) These Terms and your use of the Website (and all non-contractual relationships arising out of or connected to it or them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippines law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippines courts to settle any dispute which may arise under these Terms.
8) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
9) ZALORA offers free and easy returns within 30 days after delivery – no questions asked! Please ensure that your items do not fall under the list of non-exchangeable and non-refundable brands & items on our site.
