1) If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been damaged, altered, or used. Final clearance items are not eligible for returns.
2) Account - If you use any BOP Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3) BOP does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our returns center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, BOP does not take title to the refunded item.
4) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
