1) We honor return requests made within 14 days after receiving the original purchase.
2) MIRTA accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use, for refund. Please note that customized, personalized and exchanged products cannot be returned.
3) Returns must be packaged in the MIRTA box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
4) To start a return, please navigate to https://www.mirta.com/returns and enter your order number and email and follow the steps. MIRTA will cover the return shipment and any customs fees for you. The refund will be processed within 14 working days upon arrival at our warehouse.
5) The refund will be processed towards the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashback already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
