1) The Luxury Closet promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our site. We offer a 3 day return policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back. However, items marked as ‘No returns on this item’ once purchased such items cannot be returned.
2) Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through cheque or bank transfer).
3) Customer Service should be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item. The customer service team will assist you in arranging the return. Refund price includes only the cost of the item and does not include any custom duties. Items must be received by us in the same condition as when shipped with all tags intact.
4) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
