Terms & Conditions

1) We dispatch orders on weekdays only, excluding Bank Holidays. (examples) If you place your order on Thursday after 3.30pm using the Next Working Day service.

2) We offer a 30 day full refund policy. Any return for non-faulty items must be commenced within this time frame and returned unused and in it's full original packaging.

3) Returns postage for non-faulty items must be covered by the consumer and we are not able to refund your original postage costs if you have selected an enhanced delivery service.

4) Returned goods must be unused, in a salable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

5) We will refund to your original payment method.

6) We make no charge for returns, there is no restocking fee.

7) Gift vouchers are not refundable.

8) Customized items cannot be returned.

9) We do not offer an exchange service for incorrectly ordered goods. If you require a replacement or alternative product please visit the website and place a new order. This will simplify and speed up receipt of your new item.

10) Exchanged items will be sent out once we have received the defective item back from you.
