1) Products purchased from any Cotton On Group retail or online store can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase;
2) The returned items must not be earrings, cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples customised/personalised items, gift cards or underwear (we will accept bras);
3) Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5) We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business.
6) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
