1) If you’re dissatisfied with a product for any reason at all and would like to return them, get in touch with us at help@brandless.comwithin 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we can look into your return options.

2) If fourteen (14) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Gift cards purchased on the Site are non-refundable.

3) If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4) Brandless cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
